This website (mentoring.martinslaby.cz) is a personal mentoring booking page operated by Martin Slaby. This policy explains what data the site accesses, how it is used, and what is shared with third parties.

1. Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, the site requests the following permissions:

• Basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture) — used to identify you in the booking interface.
• Google Calendar access — used to check your availability (free/busy), create a calendar event for your booked session, and display your upcoming mentoring bookings. To show your existing bookings, the site searches your calendar for events containing "Mentoring" and reads their title, time, and link.

2. Data storage

Your sign-in session (name, email, profile picture, and access token) is stored in your browser's localStorage. There is no server or database that stores your data. The access token is sent to Google APIs when the site checks availability or creates bookings. Your name, email, and profile picture stay in your browser only. When you sign out, all stored data is deleted.

3. Booking form data

When booking a discovery call, you may optionally provide a short description, a CV link, and a LinkedIn profile link. This information is included in the Google Calendar event description that is created on your own calendar and shared with Martin Slaby as an attendee. It is not stored anywhere else.

4. Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, button clicks, and scroll events. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out by using a browser extension like Google Analytics Opt-out.

5. Third-party services

The site interacts with the following third-party services:

• Google Identity Services — for sign-in authentication.
• Google Calendar API — for availability checking and event creation.
• Google Analytics — for anonymous usage statistics.
• Vercel — for hosting the website.

No data is sold or shared with any other third parties.

6. No server-side processing

This is a static client-side application. All API calls to Google are made directly from your browser. There is no backend server that processes or stores your data.

7. Data deletion

To remove all data associated with your use of this site:

• Click "Sign out" on the site to clear your browser session.
• Delete any calendar events created through the booking flow.
• Revoke the app's access in your Google Account permissions.
