TODO: I've watched 200 hours of tutorials but now I don't know what's next
FIXME: In the age of AI, every job still wants 3 years of experience for a junior role
HACK: AI writes code I don't understand — what should I do?
BUG: My code works but I want to take it to the next level
DEPRECATED: I got the job but I have impostor syndrome

What if you could lean on a more senior developer?

Martin

I'm a Staff Engineer at Carvago.com with 5+ years of experience building production React applications.

At Carvago I conduct interviews for FE developers — I know exactly what companies look for, what makes candidates stand out, and where most people fail.

I mentor because I know how great it is to have someone who's already been through all the bad stuff. And tells you how to avoid it.

Curious if I can help? Let's talk

Frequently Asked Questions

You should know basic HTML/CSS/JS. If you can write a React component (even a messy one), you're ready.

20 minutes, video call. We talk about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I can actually help. No sales pitch — if it's not a fit, I'll tell you.

Depends on where you are. Preparing for interviews? We'll do mock rounds and review your entry task. Just landed a job? We'll work on surviving the first month. Already working? Code review, architecture, AI tooling. You set the agenda.

2 hours. About an hour and a half simulating a real interview with real questions. At the end, you get detailed feedback — what went well, what didn't, and what to focus on next.

Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot. Not "prompt engineering" — real integration into your daily development workflow.

Cancel via Google Calendar at least 24h before. No penalty, no questions.

Not yet. 1:1 only for now.

Because some people need one session, some need ten. I don't want you paying for sessions you don't need.
