Depends on where you are. Preparing for interviews? We'll do mock rounds and review your entry task. Just landed a job? We'll work on surviving the first month. Already working? Code review, architecture, AI tooling.

What does the interview prep look like?

2 hours. First hour: mock interview (system design or live coding). Second hour: detailed debrief with feedback from someone who conducts real interviews.

Why per-hour and not packages?
