These terms govern your use of the website mentoring.martinslaby.cz, operated by Martin Slaby.
This site allows you to browse mentoring services offered by Martin Slaby and book sessions directly on the site. It is a personal project, not a registered business entity.
Booking requires signing in with your email address via a one-time sign-in link. You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled and how to delete your account.
When you confirm a booking, the session is reserved and a Google Calendar invitation is sent to your email address. You can cancel an upcoming booking on the site (My bookings) up to 24 hours before the session starts — this frees the slot and removes the calendar event. For later cancellations, contact Martin Slaby directly.
Discovery calls are free. Paid sessions (mentoring, interview prep) are arranged and paid separately after the initial contact. No payments are processed through this website.
This site is provided as-is. Martin Slaby makes no guarantees about the availability of the site, the accuracy of displayed time slots, or the outcome of any mentoring session.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martin Slaby is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to scheduling errors, missed sessions, or issues with Google services.
Martin Slaby reserves the right to decline a booking or refuse to provide services for any reason.
These terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
